Dr. Denise Bailey Clark is a proactive HR leader and Leadership Coach with 35 years of experience. She leverages her wealth of leadership and human resources to strategize to build high-performing teams and create positive work cultures. As a skilled facilitator, she works to ideate and reach consensus on organizational mission, vision, values, and goals that are foundational for thriving workplace cultures. Denise specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, cultural transformation, and succession planning.

Dr. Clark has held several executive positions in human resources and diversity, including Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at the American Nurses Association, Director of Human Resources Standards for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and Director of Human Resources at PhRMA. Additionally, she serves as an Expert Witness for law firms on HR and equality-related cases.

Dr. Clark earned a Doctor of Management (DM) degree from the University of Maryland University College, a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Towson University. She is a certified mediator trained at George Mason University/Virginia Mediation Services, a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a certified Associate Coach by the International Federation of Coaching and CoachDiversity.
